Job Overview
We are on the look for skilled and experienced Technical Operation Support for one of our biggest clients in Israel established in assisting Global companies in setting up Online Casinos ensuring compliance of laws set by the countries.
As a Technical Operation Support, you will be working with the Operations and other departments in handling Data management. Your focus will include but will not be limited to:
Data management from Data entry to cleaning and validation
Producing reports for operational needs
Providing Tech Support
Workflow Automation
Requirements
Skills and Experience
Solid experience in Data Management using spreadsheets
Ability to produce Data Visualization and Reports
Ability to automate workflows using various tools
Ability to support Technical inquiries on web infrastructure such as Proxy, VPN, Website Administration
Application or Software
Google Sheets, Excel, and other equivalent software
Project Management (ex. Asana, Trello, etc.)
Plus/Advantage:
Google Apps Script
Programming Language: Python
Other basic tools
Microsoft Office
Google Suite
