Job Description
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license and board certification in relevant specialty.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze clinical data and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Medical Director in overseeing clinical operations and patient care quality.
Develop and implement clinical protocols and standards of care.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Support medical staff management, including recruitment and training.
Address patient care issues and ensure patient satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between medical staff and administrative leadership.
Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
