Job Description

About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care while adhering to compliance standards.
This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize the needs outlined by physicians.

Responsibilities
Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
Provide emergency and palliative care and treatment to all employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility during the absence of the company physician. This includes first aid, checking vital signs, a health interview, and dispensing medicines.
Assess and determine health status after an illness in the absence of the company physician. This includes issuance of nursing recommendations (sent home slip or back to work, referrals).
Conduct periodic plant rounds to prevent health and safety hazards and create safety awareness.
Orient new employees to medical/ dental benefits, family planning, company rules, and regulations regarding health.
Assess the need for employee health education.


Must be a registered nurse.
With basic knowledge of first aid and emergency-related support.

Background in HR/Admin work.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Weekends, and holidays are also off (130 days off per year)
CWW | Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (10 hours actual work) | Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (8 hours actual work)
