Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
> Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain client FBA-related data in company systems and spreadsheets.
> Amazon FBA Compliance: Ensure all inventory, shipments, and fulfillment records comply with Amazon’s FBA policies and guidelines.
> Excel Proficiency: Work with large Excel files to analyze, sort, and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation tools.
> Order & Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, order statuses, and shipment updates to ensure timely fulfillment.
> Reporting & Documentation: Generate detailed reports for clients regarding inventory levels, order trends, and fulfillment statuses.
> Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data validation and accuracy checks to minimize errors.
> Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in data handling and fulfillment tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
> Experience: Prior experience in data entry, Amazon FBA operations, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred.
Technical Skills:
> Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
> Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA inventory management is a plus.
> Knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is an advantage.
> Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high accuracy and ensure data integrity.
> Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts.
> Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting discrepancies in order and fulfillment data.
> Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
