About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Staff to join our dynamic team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC.' based in Baguio City Benguet. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
Providing support for payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee queries
Collaborating with managers to identify and address HR-related issues
Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing outstanding HR support
Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
