Job Description

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure follow-up until issues are resolved.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Data Entry: Record customer interactions and update information in the company’s CRM system accurately.

Sales Support (if applicable): Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate, based on customer needs and company offerings.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address customer issues and improve service levels.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs), such as call resolution times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

Escalations: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate supervisors or departments for further action.
