In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing workforce performance, ensuring that staffing levels align with operational needs. You will use your analytical skills to forecast, schedule, and manage resources efficiently to achieve organizational goals. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including on-site work at TP Rockwell.
