Call Service Associate for High Prio Banking Account

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our High Prio Banking team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The representative will also assist with account management and provide support to our sales and operations teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients
• Answer customer support calls
• Update client database whenever necessary
• Promote other products & services whenever necessary

Job Qualifications:
• With or without call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work on site
