Job Description

We are seeking for a customer service representative position located in Iloilo. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to our clients' customers through various communication channels. What you'll be doing

- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats to provide top-notch customer service
