Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift, Onsite
Salary Range: 21,000 - 23,000
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff member to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting the overall inventory management process. The role requires working during night shifts onsite, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring all stock is accurately recorded.
Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy.
Address and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Input and update inventory data in Excel and Oracle systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure proper inventory handling and reporting.
Support peak-time work, particularly during close periods and in coordination with teams across different time zones.
Generate and maintain accurate inventory reports.
Assist with the maintenance of inventory records and other required documentation.
Qualifications:
Background in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Strong proficiency in PC applications, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work during peak times and adapt to changing work requirements.
Experience with Oracle systems is preferred.
Experience in the cruise industry is a plus.
Familiarity with CrunchTime/APEX systems is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
