Job Description
Monitoring:
1. Qualification of device prior production start-up.
2. Performs monitoring every two (2) hours or whenever necessary.
3. Checks that all machines / tools have updated PM and / or calibration stickers.
4. Randomly checks if machine parameter setting conform with specified setting as per specification.
5. Monitoring of room temp, and relative humidity
6. Calls-out any monitoring defects and demands corrective action for said discrepancy to avoid recurrence.
7. Records all machines monitoring done in the SPC surveillance log-sheet.
Gate Inspection:
1. Performs sampling inspection on a per sublot basis.
2. Calls-out discrepancies found during gate inspection to be screened-out by production prior shipment.
3. Ensures that all sublots that pass thru this gate inspection is free of defects.
4. Ensures that production operators conform with ESD requirement and lime SOP.
5. Records all details of lots that underwent gate inspection for traceability purposes.
