Job Description
oMeets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue.
oManage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
oEstablishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
oCoordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
oAssist with sales matter request.
oDevelop field sales action plans by implementing sales program.
oResponsible for monitoring the performance of assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
Qualifications:
oAt least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ or equivalent
oAt least one (1) year working experience.
oWith good oral and written communication skills.
oWilling to work for extended hours.
oShows flexibility, can quickly adapt to changes in plans, such as shortened project timelines or new client needs.
