Our innovative training programs help businesses reduce risk, improve compliance, and engage workers far more effectively than outdated PowerPoints and PDFs.

Your Mission
As an SDR / Appointment Setter, your primary goal is to:
* Set up high-value meetings with HSE Directors & Managers in companies with 1,000+ employees across APAC (and later Europe and the USA).
* Use our provided contact lists and your own outreach skills to book qualified M1 meetings (first sales meetings).
* Work in 4-day sprint weeks (avoiding Monday mornings and Friday afternoons) to maximize productivity and results.

What We Offer
* Trial Package: Earn 1,000AUD for delivering up to 10M1s during your trial period
* Ongoing Pay: Average 1,000AUD per M1 with a base + commission structure
* Performance-Based Scaling:
5+ M1s per week: Earn $105 AUD per M1.
8+ M1s per week: Earn $125 AUD per M1.
* Earnings Potential:
Standard rate: 8AUDto8AUDto25+ AUD per hour based on performance.
Above 8 M1s per week: Earn over $31 AUD per hour.

Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in industrial training, safety, compliance, or eLearning sales is a huge plus.
* Confident communicator with strong spoken English.
* Proactive, resilient, and target-driven—someone who isn’t afraid of cold calls and outreach.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is an advantage.
* Able to work independently and deliver consistent results.
