Job Description
Pay: $3–$5 per hour
Bonuses:
$10 per appointment (realistic goal: 20 per month)
$50 per closed loan
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Appointment Setting – Engage with potential clients and schedule meetings
• Social Media Posting – Manage and create content to boost engagement
• Mortgage/Real Estate Support – Assist with industry-specific tasks
Requirements:
• Filipino VA based in the Philippines
• Fluent Spanish speaker (no accent)
• Appointment setting experience
• Social media management skills
• Mortgage or real estate experience preferred
