Job Description

We are seeking a driven and technically adept Technical Sales Agent! If you have a passion for the construction industry and a knack for building strong client relationships, we encourage you to apply.

Location: Mabolo, Cebu
Salary: ₱23,000 – ₱25,000/month (Base + Commission)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Assist clients in product selection, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide customized solutions
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with sales and operations teams
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide client support during installation and after-sales service
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including materials and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and conduct site visits.
- Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
