Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Proficient in payroll software and HRIS (AUB HRIS preferred).
Strong knowledge of BIR tax computations, government deductions, and labor laws.
Familiarity with DOLE regulations and statutory benefits filing.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Description:
Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, and deductions.
Ensure proper compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations.
Handle government-mandated benefit applications, loans, and reports.
Maintain payroll records using HRIS.
Track and monitor employee leaves and benefits.
Generate reports and assist with payroll audits.
