Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative and Executive Support
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department heads.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
2. Internal Operations Management
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Monitor and manage office supplies, budget allocations, and procurement processes.
3. External Relations and Government Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including DENR and other government agencies.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, and environmental requirements.
Facilitate the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and other business contacts.
4. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure proper documentation of company records, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and track deadlines for reports, submissions, and renewals.
Support legal and compliance teams in maintaining up-to-date records and policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of office management, organizational procedures, and government compliance.
Experience in liaising with DENR or other regulatory bodies is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
