Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and assist members with inquiries regarding healthcare services, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing.
-Provide detailed and accurate information to members about available services, procedures, and treatment options.
-Assist with verifying patient insurance and updating personal and insurance information in the system.
-Schedule, reschedule, and confirm members appointments in a timely manner, ensuring all details are accurate.
-Provide compassionate and clear communication while handling difficult situations or complaints.
-Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
-Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other departments to resolve members issues.
-Handle both routine and emergency calls, prioritizing according to urgency and members needs.
-Maintain accurate records of members interactions, appointments, and service issues.
-Follow-up with members to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues or inquiries.
-Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate member information.
