Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Safekeeping of Documents, Petty Cash, and PDC
• Safekeeps the Petty Cash and Operative fund in behalf of Purchasing.
• Safekeeps Post Dated Check (PDC) for endorsement to Security Bank.
• Facilitates the release of Petty/Operational funds to purchasing and replenishes.
• Monitors and updates bank reconciliations (Disbursing).
• Consolidates Daily Sales in an excel summary.
Inventory
• Supervises monthly inventory of Pro-Shop (for sale) items.

Administrative
• Prepares Sales Simulation of Concessionaires for check preparation.
• In-charge of refunding Skedda cancelled transactions.
• Files check voucher per month.
• In-charge of making fund transfers for disbursements and for funding.
• Summarizes daily Skedda bonding for POS transactions.
• Sends email and text for Anti-debit enrollees whose enrolled credit cards expiring.
• Monitors events revenue reconciliations thru separate excel sheet.
Other Task
• Do other task assigned by immediate superior
• Assisting the Front Desk Officers available for cash turn over

Position Requirements:

Education
• College graduate of (4) four year course: BS Accountancy

Work Experience
• At least one (1) year experience of related field.
• Fresh graduate is considered

Skills and Competencies
• Good customer orientation
• Computer literate
• Possess above average interpersonal and customer relation skills
• With positive work attitude, honest, hardworking, patient and trustworthy.
