Mall Leasing Management Head (47315) - Makati

Required Experience:
-Graduate of Bachelor ‘s degree in Real estate , Business Administration or any related work experience.
-With experience working/handling Mall Leasing/Retail Account.
-Proven track record in securing leases for major retail brands, with established connections in Mall (SM, Ayala, Robinsons, etc) leasing department.
-Ability to identity and capitalize on new property opportunities in high traffic commercial areas
-With At least 5 years in Managerial or Senior Management role.
-Strong knowledge of the leasing industry and marketing principles Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and good analytical skills
-Excellent negotiation, presentation skills (Communication skills)
-Good Interpersonal skills that include providing good customer service
-Knowledge of the external marketplace real estate trends and industry

Job Description:
-As the Head of Leasing, we expect you to develop and implement effective leasing strategies in negotiating and finding the best locations for new business alongside favorable leasing conditions. You shall also maintain and expand your vast network of business peers.
-As the Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for securing prime locations for our new stores across major shopping malls such as SM , Ayala and Robinson, negotiating favorable lease terms, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and developers.
