Job Description
- Address customer questions and concerns about telecom services.
- Provide support for billing, account inquiries, and technical issues.
- Deliver accurate and detailed information on products and services.
- Recommend and promote relevant telecom offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least Senior High School.
- Minimum one year of experience in a call center.
- At least six months of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Open to on-site work in Taguig.
