Job Description
Shift: Graveyard Shift
Qualifications:
> At least 2 years completed in college, no back subject(s)
> 3 yrs QA Managerial role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
> 6-8 years overall exp in BPO
> Knowledge of Quality tools and analysis
> Experience in the Insurance domain (preferred)
> Must have an understanding of NPS calculation/ CSAT
> Knowledge of Quality framework deployment in new transitions
> Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from a reputed organization
> Excellent working knowledge of MS Office MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word Doc, Outlook
> Process Mapping/Value Stream Mapping
> Knowledge of calls recording system and its usage (NICE, Witness, etc) preferred
> Preferably knowledge of industry domain being aligned to Insurance
> Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC) preferable
