Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for driven and passionate individuals who are ready to make an impact as a Support Leader in roles such as Team Manager or Quality Analyst.
Requirements:
At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in the BPO industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of managing teams or driving quality performance
Ability to meet KPIs and mentor team members to achieve their goals
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
Experience in creating reports and analyzing performance metrics is a plus

Overseeing team performance and ensuring KPIs are met
Providing coaching and feedback to team members
Monitoring and analyzing quality standards to deliver exceptional customer service
