Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of both technical and non-technical training programs for our workforce. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of training strategies, curriculum development, and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives across various disciplines. As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing training curriculum/materials and selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms. Delivering training programs for both technical disciplines (e.g., finance function, accounting standards, and internal financial systems) and non-technical skills (e.g., communication, time management, and leadership development). Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training to ensure continuous improvement. Overseeing and possibly selecting vendors to create content or deliver specialized training. Leading the development of new solutions for complex projects, processes, and activities. Coaching, mentoring, and providing guidance to team members while managing full employee lifecycle responsibilities. Implementing short to medium-term activities and ensuring they align with the department's strategic goals. Ensuring that policies, processes, and standards are created and followed to support the tactical direction of the department. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver specialized training programs to address discipline-specific and general workplace skills. Lead and manage a team of Specialists in various training functions, with full employee lifecycle responsibility. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. Serve as the final decision-maker on training content, delivery methods, and vendor selection. Develop strategies to address gaps in employee skills, performance, and knowledge. Ensure training programs align with company objectives and the evolving needs of the business. Qualifications: Proven experience as a specialist in a specific discipline, with a strong understanding of related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to drive the development of training solutions for complex projects and programs. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of specialists with varying levels of experience. Strong decision-making capabilities with the ability to take initiative and lead the implementation of tactical direction. Experience in developing both technical and non-technical training programs for diverse audiences. Familiarity with using various learning management systems (LMS) and training software. As an Associate Manager in the Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence (CoE) Application Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, alignment, and performance of sales and pricing tools. Your main responsibility will be managing and executing integration requests between various applications and sales/pricing data sources.
You will also contribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of tools and processes, ensuring that all requests and workflows are handled efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, process orientation, and excellent communication skills. As an Associate Manager, you will also help mentor junior team members and contribute to improving processes, documentation, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the integration of sales and pricing data between different applications and platforms.
Manage the workflow of integration requests and approvals using tools such as PowerApps.
Participate in meetings, document notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Oversee the completion of Sales Excellence tasks and ensure appropriate follow-ups with stakeholders.
Gather and manage access lists from application teams and maintain access control procedures.
Collaborate with the Security team to enforce access policies and standards.
Create, update, and maintain process guides for operational tasks and procedures.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the design and functionality of tools and processes.
Work closely with the CIO Integration teams to manage integration requests and requirements.
Review the access and usage of sales and pricing data sources, identifying and addressing any issues or gaps.
Contribute to the strategic advancement of integration-related objectives.
Mentor and train junior team members to improve their skills and effectiveness.
Ensure effective communication with senior leadership within your area of responsibility.
Must Have:
Typically, a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in incident management, release management, security management, enhancements, and testing.
Strong English language fluency (oral and written).
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset, with the ability to follow established protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing responsibilities autonomously.
Basic knowledge of sales and pricing data and how it is used within the business.
Experience with tools similar to “Manage mySales” and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to engage with various stakeholders and teams.
Ability to understand and meet the high-level requirements of different teams and applications.
Potential to supervise and guide a small team with appropriate supervision.
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership on key issues within your area of responsibility.
Responsible for managing a medium-sized and complex area of operations.
Flexibility to adjust work hours to business needs, such as interacting with teams in different time zones or addressing critical issues during off-hours.
Good to Have:
A background in Business Management education.
Experience working with PowerApps and/or collaborating with CIO Integration teams.
Understanding of sales processes and tools, particularly “Manage mySales.”
Work Environment:
