Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Application Architecture Associate Manager to join our Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence team. This role focuses on supporting the integration of sales and pricing data across applications while ensuring stability, alignment, and performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and collaborates effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the integration of sales and pricing data between different applications and platforms.
Manage the workflow of requests and approvals using PowerApps.
Participate in meetings, document notes, and track action items.
Ensure completion of Sales Excellence actions and follow up with stakeholders.
Gather and manage access lists from application teams.
Collaborate with the security team to enforce access policies and standards.
Create and maintain process guides for operational tasks and procedures.
Provide feedback for improving tool design and functionality.
Work closely with CIO Integration teams to support integration requests.
Review access and usage of sales and pricing data sources to identify issues.
Contribute to integration-related objectives and strategies.
Train and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in incident management, release management, security management, enhancements, and testing.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data manipulation.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, following established procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of sales and pricing data and related tools.
Experience managing tools similar to "Manage My Sales" and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage with senior leadership within the scope of responsibility.
Capable of supervising a small team with guidance.
Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs (e.g., cross-time zone calls, release cutovers, urgent issue resolution).

Preferred Qualifications:
Business Management education is desirable.
Experience with PowerApps and/or working with CIO Integration teams.
Understanding of sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage My Sales).

Work Setup:
A home office or designated workspace that supports productive remote work is required, including a safe, ergonomic setup and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
