・How many clients will she be handling? She will assist local staff. Local staff is the one handling the customer.
Job Overview: The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company's sales objectives.
■Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to uphold customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Support the sales staff by completing and processing orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Sales Coordination: Will assist in coordinating sales activities, ensuring to meeting of month-end goals, and sharing innovative lead-generating ideas.
Data Management: Maintain and update the sales database with relevant prospect details, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of customer records in the CRM system.
Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
<Must>
・College Graduate of Any Course
・Sales, Sales support or any customer-related jobs ex) customer support
・Proficient in Microsoft Office
・Half Japanese Half Filipino or Filipino OR Japanese speaker (Prefer to have above N3 but not mandatory if one can speak fluent Japanese)
Interview: Prefer f2f one time, but online is negotiable.
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm
