Job Description
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, pricing, and inventory to assist customers and upsell.
Sales Transactions: Process purchases, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Stocking & Merchandising: Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock items, and report shortages.
Promotions & Discounts: Inform customers about promotions and apply discounts correctly.
Cleanliness: Keep the sales floor tidy and organized.
Returns & Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges per store policy.
Sales Goals: Work towards meeting sales targets, upselling and cross-selling products.
Store Opening/Closing: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing inventory.
