Job Description

Qualifications:
-Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
-3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
-Good communication skills both oral and written
-Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
-With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
-With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-With Planning and Project and Management Skills
-Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders.
-Oversee International Sourcing
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
-Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
-Ensure compliance with procurement policies, customs regulations, and regulatory
requirements.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
-Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies with suppliers.
-Support contract negotiation and supplier evaluation processes.
-Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement and IMPEX needs.
-Handle import/export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance.
-Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
-Assist in analyzing procurement and IMPEX data to improve efficiency.

Work location: Binan City Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary Range: 18,000 - 22,000
