Operations Auditor

Responsible for assessing and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes within the warehouse or distribution center.
* Conduct regular audits of Warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking and shipping products.
* Evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
* Verify stock levels, track inventory discrepancies, and perform cycle counts.
* Review inventory management systems and recommend improvements to reduce errors or loss.
* Evaluate warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
* Review safety protocols, equipment inspections and accident reports .
* Identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
* Performs examination of policies and procedures to determine if the audit area being evaluated is in compliance.
* Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies and recommendations
* Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making
* Ensure the timely reporting of audit results and compliance status

Required Competencies:
* Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
* Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse environments

Salary: Entry Level
