Job Description
Trains, mentors and evaluates the performance of HR Team Leaders and HR Staff.
Assist HRM in implementing the onboarding, training, and mentoring of HRTL and HR Staff.
Ensures implementation of company policies by the employees.
Provide assistance to HR TL in giving disciplinary actions to violators.
Ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures based on the existing company’s code of conduct.
Responsible for payroll processing in the absence of HR Staff.
And other HR-related tasks.
