Job Description
- Graduate of any business-related course
- At least 2 years experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and leadership
Job Descriptions:
- PO and forecast issuance to suppliers.
- Sending of Outstanding PO data (OSPO) to supplier
- Delivery schedule negotiation and monitoring
- Debit Note and Credit Note preparation and settlement.
- Goods Receive Note (GRN) preparation and GRN update to STXP EMS system.
- Check and analyze Production Shortage
- Receiving of supplier's invoice
- Critical parts analysis
- Air shipment application
- Participate in inventory activity.
- Salary:
- ₱16.00 Monthly
