Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our growing team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job postings to interviews and onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations, including employee benefits and health & safety standards.
HR Administration: Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and manage employee benefits, payroll, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role is a PLUS.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
