Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of teachin3g experience in a preschool setting.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a school setting.
Certifications & Licenses:
- Licensed Professional Teacher
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Ability to develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teachers, parents, and children.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and school programs.
- Familiarity with DepEd requirements
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Adhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations
- Must be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
