Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Computer Technology, BS Information Technology, BS Industrial Engineering, or ICT-related courses.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Assistant, I.T. Support, or related role.
Background in networking, system maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Experience in property and equipment inventory management.
Willing to conduct fieldwork to liaise with government agencies for permits and certifications.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft applications, I.T. software, and hardware.
High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Team player, creative, and resourceful.
Preferably female and residing in Quezon City or nearby areas.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the PAM Head in property-related tasks, certifications, and asset inventory.
Secure and maintain government permits for the foundation’s centers.
Perform liaison work (50% fieldwork, 50% office work).
Provide I.T. support, including system maintenance, server coordination, and equipment repairs.
Support supervisors across departments (License and Compliance, Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting, etc.).
Ensure proper archiving and documentation of property and asset records.
