Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and verify invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and other supporting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable records and monitor outstanding balances.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
- Support month-end closing by preparing accounts payable reports.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
