Job Description
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to expediting orders and monitoring inventory levels
Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiate favorable terms and manage supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with the company's purchasing policies, procedures and budgets
Mentoring and developing junior procurement professionals
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
Tracking procurement metrics and providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in the use of procurement and inventory management software and tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
