Job Description
We are seeking a talented QS Design Engineer-MEPFS to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and estimating the cost for fit-out projects including MEPFS, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Electrical (if possible). This role requires expertise in technical design, cost estimation and project management, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client requirements and comply with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Design project plans that comply with client as well as local regulations and provide calculations accordingly.
2. Define the list of materials needed for installations and generate purchase request if needed. Evaluate technically and financially the offers received from procurement teams and provide technical advice prior to purchase.
3. Endorsed subcon or supplier to procurement team
4. Produce high-level CAD drawings as needed.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with design requirements and assist site teams with technical difficulties during execution.
6. Survey existing installations and provide Site Assessment Reports if needed.
7. Attend meeting with the clients, subcon and other internal department.
8. Track document lists under the department and perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
2. 2-7 years of experience in design, cost estimation and QS oriented tasks related to MEPFS, HVAC systems, piping systems etc.,
3. Strong skills in AutoCAD and knowledge of Planswift software is a plus
4. Knowledgeable in interior fit-out project implementation
5. Familiarity with technical design and implementation.

- ₱40,000.00 Monthly
