Job Description
- Report directly to the Chairman and CEO.
- Coordinate with department heads on stock inventory management.
- Lead and oversee the accounting team and daily operations.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and budgets.
- Collaborate with management on forecasting and strategic planning.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements tailored to the pest control chemicals and equipment distribution industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software relevant to the industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
