Job Description
Position: Purchase to Pay Head
Company Industry: Shared Services Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 150,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
A bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience in operational purchasing, vendor master management, reconciliation, invoice-to-pay procedures, and travel and expense management
Demonstrated ability to oversee or direct both tactical and strategic projects
Have worked for a shared services company.
Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of overseeing and streamlining international procurement procedures, such as operational purchasing, vendor master data, and invoice processing.
Will drive operational excellence and support corporate objectives globally, while ensuring uniformity, efficiency, and compliance across all associated operations.
Will be in charge of multidisciplinary groups.
Work together with global stakeholders.
Use best practices to improve procurement processes and provide quantifiable benefits.
