-Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
-Follow company policies and guidelines for call handling
Qualifications:
-High school graduate or equivalent (college degree preferred)
-Excellent English communication skills
-Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
