SALARY RANGE: 40k to 50k depending on work experience

Job Overview
The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting wholesalers, retailers, and distributors with their marketing strategies. This includes message development, marketing materials, and brand awareness, as well as the implementation of brand management and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Budget Management:
Actively participate in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
2. Event Coordination:
Lead the coordination of marketing events with retailers.
Work closely with retail buyers and the marketing team to align events and projects with the company's strategic objectives.
3. Marketing Materials:
Spearhead the creation and distribution of promotional materials in collaboration with account managers and retail clients.
4. Collaboration:
Coordinate with graphic artists, print providers, corporate giveaway suppliers, photographers/videographers, bloggers/influencers, and other agencies.
5. Business Proposals:
Develop comprehensive business proposals, including project costing and mockup designs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
6. Event Execution:
Ensure proper execution of retail décor and planograms, maintaining a strong visual representation of the brand.
7. Promotions & Proposals:
Implement marketing promotions in supermarkets, developing innovative mechanics and engaging proposals.
8. Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct in-depth analysis of sampling results, online ad campaigns, and marketing projects, providing insights for continuous improvement.
9. Catalog Management:
Maintain and update the company's product catalog/kit for account managers to reflect market trends.
10. Online Activities & Digital Engagement:
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and keep information updated on social media ads and the company website.
11. Market Research:
Monitor competitors, external vendors, and new market trends, collecting consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
12. Training & Orientation:
Organize and conduct yearly product orientation for clients, samplers, merchandisers, and retail staff.
13. Client Presentations:
Actively participate in product line ideation and presentations to potential and existing distributors.
14. Event Oversight:
Oversee quarterly store openings, anniversaries, and membership events, ensuring smooth execution and strong brand presence.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Background in GMP, FMCG, or retail marketing is a plus.
Work Experience:
3-4 years of experience in digital trade marketing.

Knowledge Competencies:
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Ai), and Video Editing Apps.
Experience in marketing program development for retail outlets.
