Job Description
We are seeking a talented and tech-savvy IT and Social Media Specialist to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative skills to manage our digital presence and optimize our restaurant’s online and offline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Respond to comments and messages to foster customer engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
Graphic Design:
Design promotional materials, menus, and social media posts using tools like Canva or similar applications.
Develop creative content that aligns with the restaurant’s branding and marketing strategies.
Marketing and Analytics:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
Monitor trends in social media and technology to propose innovative ideas.
Use analytics tools to report on campaign effectiveness and audience insights.
Photography and Videography:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, events, and the restaurant environment.
Edit and enhance visuals for use on digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Social Media Management.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and editing software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
