Job Description
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or related field
* Proven experience in social media role or similar position
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using social media management tools
* Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
* Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics
CORE SKILLS:
* Graphic Design & Video Editing - Basic proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, or similar software to create engaging visuals and videos
* Copywriting & Editing - Ability to write clear, compelling and brand aligned captions, posts, and ad copy that resonate with the target audience
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
* Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
