Job Description
-Oversee the Production Department to ensure a clean safe work environment while maintaining established quality standards and procedures.
-Responsible for workforce scheduling and utilization.
-Responsible for keeping the Assembly Department supplied with molded parts.
-Recognizes and solves problems affecting production quality, and part availability.
-Communicates key metrics that drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
-Motivates and encourages workers to achieve maximum productivity.
-Plans and directs production activities and establishes priorities in keeping with effective and efficient operations.
-Leads daily and weekly Team Leader meetings addressing systemic issues and improvement plans, safety, quality, and delivery issues
-Leads continuous improvement activities.
Required Experience
