Job Description
Base Salary is P50,000-P 60,000 (pls advise on market data)
Allowance (Transport/Reimbursement with receipts to make it non taxable) - P10,000 min
HMO Plan

Job Overview
Lead the Foundation and its schools to achieve its
mission and goals through school operations and
management, program development, fundraising
and donor relations, and strong financial
management.
General Requirements
✓ Proven organizational experience in a leadership and
management role
✓ Understanding of non-profit governance and public
policy pertinent to education and school management
✓ Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, audit
and resource management
✓ Validated experience in program development and
evaluation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with
corporate mission and goals
✓ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implementstrategic and annual plans.
Build relationships withdonors, volunteers andstakeholders.
Oversee the financialresources and performance of the organization.
Provide oversight andguidance in the operations and execution of programs ofthe Foundation and all schools.
Coordinate with the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee.
Represent the organization at public events, advocacy efforts or media events.
Manage the Foundation’s physical infrastructure and administrative functions.
Maintain relations with pertinent government agencies, non-profit foundations and education organizations.
