Job Description

The Executive Director will lead schools and programs, ensuring effective management and growth.
Qualifications:
• Female, Catholic, 50 years old and above
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of non-profit governance and education policies
• Financial and resource management skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans
• Oversee school operations and program effectiveness
• Manage financial resources, budgeting, and audits
• Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders
• Represent the organization in public, media, and advocacy events
Salary Range: 50k to 60k
Benefits: 10,000+ transportation allowance, HMO plan, Statutory benefits
