Job Description

The Marketing Staff will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the college’s programs, events, and initiatives. The role includes content creation, social media management, branding, and outreach efforts to increase enrollment and strengthen the institution's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the college’s programs and events.
- Manage the college’s social media platforms, ensuring regular and engaging content.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and online advertisements.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
- Plan and execute student recruitment campaigns, including school visits and educational fairs.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Establish partnerships with media outlets, sponsors, and community organizations.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Assist in organizing college events and other promotional activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Creativity, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
