Job Description
(Pasig City)
The Finance Supervisor manages accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments, collections, and cash flow management while maintaining compliance with financial policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field (CPA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP).
Responsibilities:
• Supervise AP/AR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and collections.
• Review and approve invoices, payments, credit memos, and financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, aging reports, and overdue accounts to improve financial efficiency.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, and investment monitoring.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Salary Range: 30k to 40k plus benefits
Work Location: Pasig City / Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
