Job Description
Work Arrangement: WFH
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Shifting
Salary Offer: up to Php 55,000
Contract Duration: 6 months (subject for extension, absorption, regularization)
We're on the look-out for hard-working, detail-oriented people, who'll be looking after several HR processes such as HRIS Data Management, onboarding & off-boarding and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage HRIS Data
Respond, track, and close employee queries promptly
Onboard and off-board employees
Assist in document administration
Manage compliance and ensure quality output
Initiate process improvements
Qualifications:
Have completed a bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
Have excellent verbal and written English skills
Have an experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS support)
Have an experience using Workday
Are experienced in supporting global teams
Are passionate about getting the job done correctly
