Job Description

Job Title: Medical Provider Support Unit Officer - NCR (Male)

Salary Offer: ₱18,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

Male, with own motorcycle.

College graduate (open to fresh graduates).

Knowledgeable in project management, business, customer service, and healthcare.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smartsheet.

Strong communication skills.

Must reside within NCR.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and support digital solutions for healthcare providers.

Train provider staff on digital platforms and resolve integration issues.

Maintain provider database and establish rapport through regular visits.

Manage provider suspensions and track accounts receivable.

Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges for members.

Perform other duties as assigned.
